Create a New Chapter Request
This keeps the old ASP flow, but under the new permissions model the chapter is created as a request first unless admin or higher creates it directly.
Read This Before You Create a Chapter
No Rules Riders is not a motorcycle club. It is people who like to ride for the freedom of riding. That is the point of the chapter system too. A chapter is there to help riders organize events, share photos, and communicate with each other.
Choose the chapter name carefully. The name must respect other chapters and must not conflict with blocked club names or obvious close forms. Duplicate chapter names are also blocked.
Under the current permissions rules, normal member submissions become pending chapter requests. Pending requests stay hidden from normal chapter browsing, cannot have members yet, and wait for advisor review. The creator stays attached to the request while it is pending.
If your request is approved, you become the chapter creator for that chapter. That means you are responsible for the chapter content and how it is managed on the site.
Who Can Request a Chapter
You need to log in first. Guests can read the rules here, but only a member account can submit a chapter request.
